Who receives your details

What we collect and why

When you enquire, we collect your name, email, mobile number, current location, buying timeframe, finance position, inspection interest, preferred next step and any message you choose to provide. We use these to respond about this Kuranda property, assess the requested follow-up and coordinate inspection arrangements. Without the required details, we cannot respond through this form. You can use the direct contact route instead.

We also record the time of receipt, the page address and campaign tags associated with your visit. These help us understand where enquiries originate. We do not ask for financial documents or enrol you in a newsletter.

Who may handle your enquiry

The owner can access the enquiry record and relevant details may be provided to the appointed selling agent: Owner follow-up. If the agent changes, the owner will review the original purpose and applicable permissions before sharing existing enquiries with a replacement.

The website and database use Cloudflare. Transactional enquiry acknowledgements and owner notifications use Resend. These providers process the data needed to supply those services. Processing and storage locations: Cloudflare and Resend infrastructure, which may process data outside Australia..

Visit measurement

We use a random session identifier to count page visits, substantial scrolling, photograph and floorplan opens, enquiry button use and form starts. Successful enquiries are counted from saved enquiry records. We do not put your name, email, phone or message into visit events, and no advertising pixel is installed.

Campaign source details are kept in this browser for up to 90 days; a session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or a different campaign arrival. This is an approximate measure of visits, not a count of individual people. A shared social profile link cannot identify which particular Reel you watched. You can turn optional visit measurement off below. Your enquiry and its campaign source are still recorded when you submit.

Retention, access and questions

Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months after the property campaign ends, unless they must be kept longer by law, and are then deleted or de-identified.

Use the secure enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Requests will be considered with any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit form abuse; they expire after ten minutes and are not included in campaign reports. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs.
